NEW PRODUCTS

To be eligible for a refund - Must be sealed, unopened, and can’t pass 14 days since purchase. This is not valid on products brought after a sale. This means that you CAN NOT return a product that you got on sale for regular price.

USED PRODUCTS

NO REFUND - However, you may exchange for a different product that is equal to or less than the product value. This is not valid on products brought during a sale. This means you CAN NOT exchange a product for its original price value when you brought it while it was on sale.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

As of right now, no products are available for pickup UNLESS it’s being shipped to the treatment room.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE DROPSHIPPED TO THE CLIENT’S HOME UNLESS THEY REQUEST TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO THE TREATMENT ROOM, AND IS WILLING TO PICK UP THE ORDER WHEN NOTIFIED.

Do you understand the benefits, how to effectively apply this product into your routine. I want you to be able to get your monies worth and buy the right product. Buying the wrong product can cause more damage and have you spending more money to correct the problem. If you’ve never used any type of AHA’s BHA’s or Retinols, you should NOT BE BUYING THAT TYPE OF PRODUCT! If you DON’T USE HYDRATING AND MOISTURIZING PRODUCTS, you should NOT be buying any active products. I want you to be able to buy products with confidence.
